Ember started with a simple idea: great ingredients, cold beer and cooking that doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. We wanted a place where people feel welcome the second they walk in. No dress code, no attitude, just good food, good drink and a proper atmosphere.

Our food starts with British farming, especially the farm we sit on. Rare-breed meats, seasonal produce and the people who put time and skill into growing them. No shortcuts and no gimmicks. We keep our ingredients close to home, but our inspiration is global, bringing flavours from around the world into the Cotswolds countryside.
