Craft Beer
Six lines of draft, two lines of cask, and a fridge full of good decisions. The cask is ours, brewed in-house, with our Pale Ale and Best Bitter currently pouring. Scroll down to read more about our beer.
On draft you'll find some of the best British craft beer going, from the likes of Glasshouse, Polly's, Sureshot, Track and DEYA. The fridge holds a rotating selection of the latest releases alongside a few staples we refuse to be without, like Augustiner Helles, plus a proper choice of alcohol free.
And for the curious, there's a cellar of oddities featuring wild fermented gems from Cantillon and 3 Fonteinen. Ask nicely and we'll open one.
Everything's available to drink in or take away, no surcharge, no nonsense. Keep scrolling for what's currently pouring.
Our wine list punches way above its weight, changing on a regular basis, with a mix of banging bottles from independent producers we really care about. Red that's chilled, white that's cloudy, and rosé that's not just for summer.
Every bottle earns its place. We taste a lot of average wine so you don't have to, and what makes the list is the stuff we'd happily drink ourselves on a school night. If you're not sure where to start, just ask. We'll pour you a taste, not a lecture.
The back bar is full of mischief: small-batch gins, spiced rums, smoky bourbons, and a few rare finds from around the world that took some tracking down.
Whether you're after something smooth to sip by the fire or something that burns on the way down, we've got you.
Wine & Spirits
Our Beer.
Brewed by us, inspired by years spent discovering some of the world's finest breweries. Honest, balanced beers designed to be enjoyed around the table, by the fire, and with great food.
About Our Beer.
Our brewery is small by design. Tucked away just over the Warwickshire border, every beer is brewed by us, exclusively for Ember.
The permanent line-up is built around the beers every great pub should have. A proper Best Bitter. A crisp Pale Ale. Honest, balanced beers brewed to be enjoyed by the pint and made to sit alongside great food. Every now and then, we'll throw the rulebook out of the window and brew something a little more adventurous, because that's half the fun.
Nothing here is brewed for supermarket shelves or national distribution. If you want to drink our beer, you'll have to come and see us.
The brewery is simply another part of the Ember story. Leftover bread from the kitchen finds a second life in the mash tun, while the spent grain heads to the farm behind the pub as a welcome treat for the pigs. It's not something we shout about. It just makes sense.
Every beer is brewed with the same philosophy that runs through everything we do: thoughtful, uncomplicated, and always made to be shared.
