Welcome to Ember

January Opening

We’re having a tiny January reset. We’ll be reopening on Friday 2nd January, pouring drinks on Fridays and Saturdays only throughout the month at our usual times. The kitchen fires back up on Friday 30th January, and from that weekend we’re back to full Friday to Sunday service. This gives the team a well-earned breather and lets us get everything shipshape before we charge headfirst into the Six Nations from Thursday 5th February. Rested team, full plates, cold pints. You know the drill.

A dimly lit room with a vintage table lamp emitting warm light, alongside a potted plant and dark furniture.

Expect beers from some of the best breweries in the world, rare bottles behind the bar, questionable chat, and a soundtrack that swings between guilty pleasures and outright crimes.

Our meat comes straight from the farm we call home, with the rest of our produce gathered from neighbours across the Cotswolds and surrounding counties.

A refrigerator filled with assorted cans of craft beer, illuminated by bright white LED lights, with a colorful collage of stickers on top. In the background, there is a red wall with a neon sign that reads 'COLD BEER' and a shelf with bottles, next to a dark wall with a neon sign that reads 'SWEETWATER BREWING COMPANY'.
